Newly renovated Tahoe home with central A/C, 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms, all on one level in Dollar Point. This spacious retreat is perfect for two families, featuring a large fenced-in backyard, hot tub, front deck, and small peek-a-boo views of Lake Tahoe. Located on the lake side of N. Lake Blvd (Rte. 28), you are within walking distance to Skylandia State Park and Beach. Just two miles from Tahoe City's charming shops, restaurants, and scenic lakefront path and beach.

Welcome to our 4-bedroom home with central air-conditioning nestled in the Dollar Point neighborhood of beautiful Tahoe City. We have been traveling to Tahoe for over 12 years, immersing ourselves in the breathtaking beauty of the area. Recently, we were fortunate enough to purchase our own Tahoe retreat, and we are thrilled to share this haven with you.

This 4-bedroom retreat can sleep 11 and has all bedrooms and bathrooms on one level with a large open concept living area for fun gatherings. Large windows flood the space with natural light. Our home is newly furnished and includes new beds and mattresses - queen beds in three bedrooms and a California king bed in the master suite. Additionally, there are twin bunk beds and a hideaway XL twin trundle bed with a real mattress under one queen bed that easily rolls out like a drawer. A foldable pack & play crib is available.

Three full-size bathrooms, one newly remodeled with a spa-like rain shower. Two additional bathrooms - one with shower over tub and master en-suite has tub and separate step-in shower.

Living room - two new large comfortable couches with a large 58-inch 4k TV set up with Roku guest mode so you can securely access your own streaming services.

Backyard - Fully fenced in backyard gives privacy as you enjoy the relaxing hot tub.

Dining room - new beautiful wood table that seats six with large counter that includes new wine cooler and ice machine for your favorite beverage.

Kitchen - Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee. Enjoy cooking on our gas-burning stove while overlooking the beautiful fenced backyard. Kitchen table seats 4 but can extend to seat 6.

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with thermostat-controlled gas log burning stove and Cal King bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and step-in shower. Walk-in closet with mirror.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with access to full bath - shower over tub and mirrored closet

Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with trundle (XL twin) and closet

Bedroom 4 - Queen bed and twin bunk beds with mirrored closet

Neighborhood - Friendly, quiet neighborhood where you can walk or bike on dedicated paved paths to Tahoe City (1.9 miles). It is a 10-minute walk through the neighborhood to Skylandia State Beach & Park which has walking paths, picnic tables, and a quiet beach with a pier.

Garage has two garage bays and a driveway that will accommodate four vehicles for a total of six vehicles.

Please note: On street parking is not allowed per city ordinance.

Welcome to the Dollar Point area – a friendly neighborhood tucked away among the trees and within walking distance to the lake. Whether you're all about those scenic hikes, hitting the slopes, or just lounging by the fire, our Tahoe retreat has got you covered.

It is a 12 minute walk through the neighborhood and a Skylandia State Park wooded path to hidden Skylandia Beach. If you prefer more activity it is just 2.1 miles to Tahoe City along a well maintained walkway/bike path to Tahoe City and beyond. Tahoe City has a picturesque main street that overlooks the public beach with both soft grass and warm sand, picnic tables, kayak rentals, and an elaborate children's playground.
